今回は、チェックイン手続きがとっても楽になる「モバイルチェックイン」のやり方をご紹介いたします。
この内容は、日本語と英語でご案内しております。

ホテルにご到着されたら、お名前の確認と、カードキーのお渡しのみで、チェックイン手続きが完了いたします。

Hello! This time, we would like to introduce how to use "Mobile Check-in", which makes the check-in procedure very easy. This information is available in both English and Japanese. If you prefer to read it in English, please click [English].

What a surprise! If you do this in advance, your check-in time will be reduced to one minute! When you arrive at the hotel, all you need to do is confirm your name and hand over your card key to complete the check-in procedure. Please take advantage of this service.

▼モバイルチェックインって？

チェックインの際にお願いしております、お客様情報の記入をお手持ちの携帯電話やタブレットで行なっていただくチェックイン方法です。
当ホテルでは、このご入力をご予約完了時から受け付けております。

▼どこからモバイルチェックインできるの？

①ご予約完了メール
ご予約が完了した際にお送りするメールです。モバイルチェックインのご案内とともに、ご入力フォームのURLを記載しております。
（※稀に迷惑メールとして認識される場合がございます。その際は、当ホテル宛にメールにてご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。）

②チェックイン前メール
チェックイン日当日の12時にお送りするメールです。モバイルチェックインはお済みですか？というメッセージとともに、ご入力フォームのURLを記載しております。
（※稀に迷惑メールとして認識される場合がございます。その際は、当ホテル宛にメールにてご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。）

③ホテルのフロント
チェックインのお手続きの際に、QRコードにてご入力フォームをご案内いたします。QRコードを読み取ることができる端末をご持参ください。
（お持ちでない場合は当ホテルのタブレットをお貸出いたします。）

▼モバイルチェックインのやり方

①ご予約完了メールまたはチェックイン前メールに記載のあるご入力フォーム（URL）を押す。

②必要事項を入力する。
・赤色の「✳︎」マークがある箇所はご入力が必須でございます。
・お連れ様がいらっしゃる場合は、お名前とご住所のご記入もお願いいたします。

③送信して完了。

送信を押すと、はじめにご入力いただいたメールアドレス宛にお控えとしてご回答いただいた内容が届きます。
もしご入力間違いなどございましたら、チェックイン時にフロントスタッフまでお申し付けくださいませ。

▼What is mobile check-in?

Mobile check-in is a check-in method in which you are asked to fill in your guest information on your cell phone or tablet. We accept this form from the time your reservation is completed.

▼Where can I do mobile check-in from?

(1) Reservation Completion E-mail This e-mail is sent when your reservation is completed. It contains information on mobile check-in as well as the URL for the entry form. (*In rare cases, this e-mail may be recognized as spam. In that case, please contact the hotel by e-mail.)

(2) Pre-check-in e-mailAn e-mail sent at 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-in. The message "Have you completed mobile check-in? and the URL of the check-in form. (*In rare cases, this e-mail may be recognized as spam. In that case, please contact the hotel by e-mail.)

(3) Please bring your own device that can read the QR code
(if you do not have one, we will lend you our tablet). (If you do not have a QR code, we will lend you a tablet from the hotel.)

▼ How to do mobile check-in

(1) Press the input form (URL) in the reservation completion e-mail or pre-check-in e-mail.

(2) Enter the required information.
The fields marked with red "✳︎" must be filled in. If you have a companion, please fill in their name and address as well.

(3) Send and complete.

When you click "Submit", you will receive a copy of your response to the e-mail address you entered in the first step. If there are any errors in your entry, please let our front desk staff know when you check in.
